MAIN STAGE
Open Mic Show: Draw
a number for order of play prior to the show, choose your backup and take
the stage. One tune each unless time allows for additional.
Dance Bands: Sign
up to play with a group of folks. Each band will have 20 minutes of stage
time. Prepare your set ahead of time and be sure to get everyone
involved. A minimum of 8 musicians is suggested. Please only play in one
band (unless there is a shortage of a particular instrument, eg. Bass)
DINNER MUSIC
Take the stage for a
set during the lunch or dinner hour. See Janet or Dona to arrange a time.
THURSDAY AFTERNOON
JAMS
Circle up in one of 3
places to participate in a circle jam geared towards either folk music,
Traditional Oldtime/Celtic, or an open jam of anything goes.
Listeners/clappers welcome!
SALE BARN STAGE
The Sale Barn is open
for jamming when workshops are not scheduled.
EXHIBIT HALL
Open for jamming 4 pm to
9 am. A favorite jam spot after the evening show! Will you be there when
the teddy bears dance?
WORKSHOPS
Open to anyone.
Participate or just listen in. Donations accepted.
FIDDLE CLASS
Two classes are
offered. The beginning class is for students with little or no fiddle
experience. The Intermediate class is for students who have some fiddle
experience. Class runs 2 days for a total of 4 hours instruction. A fee is
charged. Register at the hospitality table.
